The LeBaron/HNSB courtyard you are overlooking is an integrated public art environment in which artist Tom Askman from Spokane, Washington incorporates the concept of health and nutrition with his own ideals, creating a sense of community. His work gives an interpretation of the mission of the center where research reflects the production, distribution and consumption of foods.
